Movies and Magazines make anyone feel important, don't they? At least, if we're in them. Here are a few photos from some of the locations and sets I've been on in the past. I worked as a background actor for a number of years, and have my vouchers (those of you in the Industry will know what I'm talking about). I chose not to join SAG at their invitation, because I chose to return to college. Since returning, I've managed to get on the Dean's List three times, the National Dean's List (big brown hardcover book) twice. I am a member of Phi Theta Kappa (International Honor Society), received a Commendation from LA County's Department of Health, Alcohol and Drug Programs Administration (ADPA) for my work/contributions in the field. I served two fiscal terms (2 year limit) as Political Affairs Commissioner at ELAC, served on the Budgetary Affairs Committee (ASU/BAC) and was the Student Representative on the school's Grievance Committee (Board holds hearings on student grievances regarding other students, Instructors, Grades, etc). I served as Secretary of SASA and Publisher/Editor of the SASA News which is now online. I was also a committee member for planning two of the most recent Annual CAADE Conferences, designing the T-shirts and certificates.

Now for the interesting part: PHOTO CONTEST!! Yes, a photo contest. Practically any field can be submitted. There are three categories: people, places and things (objects). PEOPLE: any person or persons, groups, individuals, fashion, nudes, but no sex. Do not submit people in the act of having any type of intimate sexual situations. Individual persons only accepted for nudity. The people category can also consist of family members, friends, celebrities, or strangers. No photo is acceptable if you aren't the one who took the shot or if it has been displayed anywhere else before this. PLACES: Any location on earth; land, sea or air. Caves, mountains, buildings, houses, zoos, amusements, beaches, are all allowed and acceptable. THINGS: Objects autos, accidents, events, household objects, animals, movable things and immovable items as well. Things such as clothing or even situations can be submitted for this contest. PRIZE: $25. or equivalent in merchandise (see below) All entries must be submitted my the end of each month. Contest is ongoing and all submissions received for each month will be considered for that month. Enter as often as you like. Entry by same person for each month is acceptable. By the 7th of the following month, a winner will be announced. Prizes will be paid by money order or prize, to your choosing. Prize will include one custom design T-shirt and one magazine cover with the photo submission that won, and a certificate of winning submission from rty Publications. For this reason (prize choice instead of MO), S & H will be paid by rty Publications as well. Email all photo submissions to address shown on contact page. GOOD LUCK
